RETURNS & REFUNDS

You are entitled to cancel your order for any reason whatsoever within 14 days. This right expires 14 days after your purchase receipt date.

Please note that the customer has to pay for return delivery costs. The parcel must be trackable to provide documentation that it was sent. This means that it is not sufficient to simply post it using a postage stamp.

Please attach the invoice to your return package. We do not accept items that have been used.

 

If you exercise your right to cancel your purchase under these conditions, we will refund the purchase price (excl. Delivery fee) no later than 7 days from the date when we receive your parcel.

 

We return the amount to the card that was used to pay for the item. We do not charge you a fee for this refund.

CLAIMS

 

Notification of defects

All merchandise is coverd by the danish sale of goods, giving you 24 months to complain about an item. As a customer you can complain about defects and deficiencies that arise within 24 months of the purchase.

 

If you received a faulty item, please contact shop@heinstudio.com within a reasonable amount of time after you become aware of the problem. Under no circumstances will we accept claims concerning problems or shortcomings in connection with a purchase more than two years after the date of purchase.

 

Please contact the shop shop@heinstudio.com. to ensure solving your case as best as possible our complaints department need photos as documentation for your claim. Please attach photos and a copy of your invoice. Hein Studio will contact you once we have evaluated your case.

 

In case of a complaint or a missing delivery please contact us on shop@heinstudio.com.

 

Hein Studio does not cover shipping fees in case of a complaint.

 

CARE & MAINTEANCE

We advise you to keep the ”care and mainteance” card, that comes with the product, for further information of care and mainteance.

 

COLORS

We cannot guarantee that colors on the website will be true to life. This depends partly on the color settings of your computer and monitor.

 

ITEM AVAILABILITY

In case an item is sold out, you may contact us at: shop@heinstudio.com. Then we will inform you when the item is in stock again and put your name on a waiting list.
